Remarks:

This boat has been the subject of a very thorough renovation, including epoxy coating her hull (understood to be osmosis-free) from keel to gunwales as a preventative measure. Amongst other things, she has had a stainless steel water tank formed into her keel. This has a hatch for cleaning and incorporates an alarm which sounds when the water level is down to about 2 gallons. She also has a custom made electrical switchboard which, normal switching apart, also ensures that the navigation lights showing at any one time are correct. The floor of her cabins has been lowered by about 5 inches thus providing better headroom than standard. Her hull has a heavy lay-up which gives her great stability, and a feeling usually associated only with larger vessels. This boat has clearly been much loved and extremely well cared for. Her waterline length, at 21ft 6in is very good for a boat of only 23ft overall in consequence of which her sailing performance equals that of many a larger boat. Sensible offers on the asking price are invited.
