Remarks:
This is a very pretty little boat, which is ideally suited to Broads usage, and would make an excellent first boat. She has been in her current ownership for approximately 5 years, and has been steam cleaned and antifouled annually during this time. Her owner has advised that she is easily sailed single handed, and that she is a pleasure to sail. Her internal trim would benefit from some cosmetic TLC (e.g.: re-gluing of headlining and re-covering of cushions), but otherwise, she is a delightful little boat.
