Remarks:
This boat was purchased by the current owner in 2003, and has been the subject of an ongoing refit over the past 10 years. The current owner replaced the original internal concrete encapsulated ballast with lead ballast in 2003/4, and has a new Iroko rudder which has yet to be fitted (boat needs to be lifted in order to do this). The upholstery is also recent. This boat is for sale due to the purchase of a larger boat and, whilst she would still benefit from some further general TLC to complete her refit, she is well priced for a quick sale.
