Remarks:

This very well equipped and well presented Pegasus 700 was based on the North Norfolk coast with her previous (and believed only other) owner. She was purchased by the current owner in 2014 and has since cruised the Norfolk Broads. She is now unexpectedly for sale due to an injury which is sadly currently preventing her owner from sailing. The Pegasus 700 is an extremely popular family cruiser/racer with great performance and a spacious and thoughtfully designed interior that belies her overall size. Well maintained and a very dry boat, this example is well suited to both coastal and inland sailing. A quick sale is desired and offers will be considered!

MOORING: It’s understood that the vessel’s southern Broads mooring could be transferred to the purchaser subject to agreement from the mooring owner (currently paid to March 2017 at approximately £940 p.a.).
