Remarks:
This International Folkboat has been owned by the current owner since 1974! Initially based in Gravesend, she moved to her current location in Suffolk circa 1980, and all major repairs since then have been carried out professionally by the local boat yard. Sadly for sale due to the owner’s retirement from sailing.
MOORING: It’s understood that the Vessel’s swinging mooring could be transferred to the purchaser subject to the agreement from the mooring owner (cost for 2020 £747).
