Remarks:
Built in Essex, the Dauntless 22 is a very pretty traditional estuary sailing cruiser, ideal for the shallow waters of the east coast and Norfolk Broads. This absolutely delightful example was purchased by the current owners in July 2008 and has been very well maintained and constantly improved throughout their ownership, including recent new rig, sails and diesel inboard engine. Her charming cabin offers extremely comfortable accommodation for two, with recent new windowed awning (providing additional living space when moored), cabin heating and holding tank. Gorgeous!
MOORING: The vessel’s current northern Broads mooring (in a superb location!) is paid to December 2017 and is understood to be transferable (approximately £1,600 per annum, including dinghy storage ashore, with power, water, toilets, showers and parking on site).
