Remarks:
This classic Broom Robb 24 Broads motor cruiser has been partially renovated, with much of the hard work already completed. Structurally she is understood to be in good sound order and her 12V electrical system has mostly been rewired. Work still outstanding includes the fitting of a new engine (not included in sale), refitting of all interior fixtures and fittings, and repainting/re-varnishing throughout. An ideal project for a DIY boatbuilder, this traditional Broads motor cruiser is undoubtedly a very worthy and rewarding project. Owned by the current owner for some 20 years, a quick sale is now desired.
STORAGE: It’s understood that the vessel’s current storage (ashore in shed) costs approximately £192 per month at time of writing and that a DIY restoration could be completed in situ if desired.
