Professionally maintained by the same boat builder since 1985, and over-wintered ashore annually, this Half Decker is fully equipped for Broads sailing and benefits from having a silent Minn Kota Endura 55 electric outboard (new battery 2020). Annual running expenses, including routine maintenance, replacement gear as/when required, summer mooring fee, winter storage, Broads river toll, insurance, etc., normally amount to approximately £4,000 per year (or approximately £2,000 per year per half share).
MOORING: This vessel is moored in a very desirable location on the northern Broads.
