Remarks:
Described by her owner as “A little ship”, this Hardy 18 Motor Sailer is at present used as a motor cruiser, her original rig having been disposed of by a previous owner. A rig could be reinstated if required (the tabernacle is still in situ), but at present no mast/spars or sails are included in the sale.
With her delightful interior, this Hardy 18 is well worth the little effort she requires to get her back up to full spec! She needs a repair to her cockpit canopy (top starboard side seam at frame) and her main outboard motor requires attention due to an intermittent electric fault. An auxiliary outboard motor on stern bracket is included in the sale. She’s a comfortable and attractive little motor cruiser with accommodation for two, and an ideal boat for someone who has the electrical and DIY skills required to sort out her few issues. For sale as the vendor has purchased a Pegasus 700 yacht, and realistically priced for a quick sale. This is definitely one to consider if you’re in the market for a Hardy 18 Navigator or similar traditionally styled small motor cruiser.
Please note: There is no trailer included in the sale. The vessel’s mooring is currently paid for to the end of the year, but a direct enquiry will need to be made to the mooring owner with regards to it’s transfer. The last photo shows the vessel under previous ownership with her original rig (not included in sale).
