Remarks:
Understood to sail well, the Vivacity 650 is positively cavernous down below (with good sitting headroom) thanks to the coachroof being the full width of the boat. With comfortable accommodation for four, she’s an ideal first yacht for a couple or small family, although she would equally suit someone looking to downsize to something easier to handle. She has cruised both the Norfolk Broads and the east coast with previous owners, and whilst she needs a little cosmetic tidying, she will quickly reward an enthusiastic new owner! Unexpectedly for sale due to a change of plans.
QUICK SALE DESIRED – OFFERS WILL THEREFORE BE CONSIDERED!
MOORING: It’s understood that a mooring at the vessel’s current location (northern Broads) costs approximately £1,100 per annum.
