Remarks:
This yacht is a modified Macwester 28, very similar to the Atlanta 28, with a reduced draft fin keel, modified rudder and fractional rig, all designed specifically for Broads sailing. Offering lots of space and scope for family cruising, and boasting good headroom throughout, a spacious saloon, well appointed galley and heads compartment, and a diesel inboard engine, she provides everything required of a comfortable Norfolk Broads home afloat!
Taken in part exchange for another yacht by the current owner, “Majestic Lady” has just had a new toilet, curtains, carpet, main sheet and exhaust fitted, and she has also been antifouled ready for relaunching. Whilst it’s acknowledged that she could be further improved with a little additional time and effort, the works required are mostly cosmetic in nature and easily within the skill set of the average DIY’er! A great family sailing cruiser, or even potential liveaboard vessel!
A quick sale is desired and this yacht will be PRICED TO SELL!
MOORING: At the time of writing (May 2021), it’s understood that the marina may have space to accommodate this yacht afloat if required by the purchaser.
