Remarks:
Also known as the Catalina 22 (American version) and Alacrity 22, the Jaguar 22 is a very popular small sailing cruiser, with her shallow draft and lifting keel making her ideally suited to cruising the Norfolk Broads and gunkholing along the east coast! Purchased by the current owner in 2016, this example is now very regretfully for sale due to ill health. Whilst presented in clean and tidy condition, she is at present sadly suffering from lack of use and maintenance due to covid-19. She is however sensibly priced to take account of this, and with her spacious and light accommodation, good sized cockpit and mast lowering gear, she will make a good first or family Broads sailing cruiser for someone willing to invest a little time and effort getting her back up to spec.
MOORING: It’s understood that the vessel’s northern Broads mooring (current cost approximately £720 per annum) could be transferred to the purchaser subject to negotiation (and also agreement from the mooring owner).
Please note: No trailer is available or included in the sale.
