Remarks:
Bigger than her sister, the Viva 600, the Sasanka Viva 700 is a modern cruising yacht designed for comfortable family sailing. And comfortable she is too! With good headroom, double berth aft and separate heads compartment, she offers great accommodation for four, and her fractional rig with A-frame mast lowering gear and lifting keel make her an ideal choice for cruising the shallow waters and rivers of the Norfolk Broads.
This Viva 700 is in great condition throughout and benefits from a 2021 survey report. Believed to have had three prior owners, and having originally been based in the Lake District before relocating to the Broads, she was purchased by the current owner only earlier this year. He has enjoyed and sailed her extensively during the intervening months and she is now offered for sale to make way for a larger yacht.
PLEASE NOTE: The photos show the vessel in 2020/2021 when previously offered for sale by Topsail and we understand that she is presented to the same standard now.
