Remarks:
A pretty and robustly built small gunter rigged, clinker sailing dinghy, based on the popular Tideway 12. Understood to have hardly ever been afloat, her sails, etc. are essentially all but brand new! Complete with excellent combination trailer, she is for sale due to lack of use.
A NOTE REGARDING THE PHOTOS: Photos 1-16 show the dinghy when last re-varnished. Photos 17-25 show the vessel in storage (boat shed) in September 2021, still in good cosmetic condition, albeit a little dusty! The sail shown in the September 2021 photos (under the foredeck) is not included in the sale. This is an all but brand new dinghy!
