Remarks:
The Newbridge Venturer 22 is an ideal first sailing cruiser for a beginner/novice sailor with her shallow draft and easily handled mast. Reported to sail very well, the Venturer 22 also offers comfortable accommodation for four WITH A SEPARATE HEADS COMPARTMENT – a facility not commonly seen on yachts of this size! Sadly for sale due to ill health, this example requires little more than a good clean, hull scrape and antifoul prior to recommissioning! Add a new electric or four stroke outboard (the latter particularly easily and cheaply sourced secondhand) and ‘Solitaire’ will undoubtedly provide her new owner with many more happy years of cruising the Norfolk Broads or elsewhere.
Please note: Winter storage ashore at the vessel’s current northern Broads location is believed to cost in the region of £300 plus VAT. Unfortunately the vessel’s previous mooring is not transferable. No trailer is included in the sale.
