Remarks:
Purchased by the current owner in 2010, this attractive traditional Norfolk Broads half decker has been shed stored on her trailer since 2014. With her unusual cuddy cabin and cruising awning, she offers scope for use for overnighting/camping, all in a 20ft craft lessening potential ongoing mooring and maintenance costs. Indeed, this boat could easily be trailed home for winter storage should space allow (although it should be noted that the vessel’s present trailer has only been used for yard storage and very short trips to/from the launching point under the current ownership).
Topsail had the pleasure of offering this half decker for sale back in 2002, at which time we remarked that she had “been superbly well maintained, almost without regard to cost” and concluded “We believe this to be the best half-decker we have had on our books and recommend early viewing. Absolutely beautiful.” High praise indeed! And it would certainly seem that this lovely half decker has continued to be very well looked after by all subsequent owners and prior to being laid up in shed storage at the end of the 2014 season.
PLEASE NOTE: Photos 1-5 show the vessel as-is in 2022. Photo 6 (under sail) dates from c. 2014 and photos 7-14 (afloat on mooring) from c. 2002.
