Remarks:
Purchased by the vendor in early 2021, and benefiting from upgrades and improvements to a total cost of some £13,500 under the current ownership (all carried out professionally, receipts available), this Southerly 95 yacht is now for sale due to lack of time and the purchase of a caravan. Boasting a good 2018 survey, plus the aforementioned upgrades added since, and a potentially transferable north Norfolk berth (see below), this is a great option if you’re looking for a sailing cruiser of this size which can access all of the creeks and shallow waters that the east coast has to offer!
BERTH: Currently lying afloat on a jetty mooring (allowing easy viewing) with electric and water connected at cost of c.£700 pa (currently paid to 31st December 2022). Cheaper swinging berths are available at the same location (c.£250 pa). The berth may be transferable at the discretion of the harbour master.
