Remarks:
A wonderful yacht for the Norfolk Broads, as well as being suitable for estuary and coastal use.
The vendor comments:
“A good sound Broads sailing boat with shallow draft lift keel an lowering mast. Deck, hull, sails and engine all sound. She is ready to go with Broads Fees and moorings paid for this season. Reliable and good engine with plenty of horsepower.
I have done a lot of sailing and age has caught up with me, it’s an easy boat to sail and manoeuvres well, but my age prevents me from moving around the boat. With great sadness I have to realise this and pass on this opportunity to a fitter owner.”
MOORING: It is understood that this vessel’s mooring is paid until the end of the season and may be available to the purchaser subject to agreement from the mooring owner.
PLEASE NOTE: The photos all show the vessel in 2023 when she was previously for sale, but we understand that she is presented to much the same standard.
