Based on the Swedish designed Arransen 780 and understood to have originally been commissioned and fitted out by Barnes Brinkcraft for use in their hire fleet as one of three Sun Dance 26 models. In hire for only a short number of years she was then sold into private ownership where all three owners have continued to improve her.

With her very comfortable accommodation and Broads-specific design, this Sun Dance is a great family Broads sailing cruiser – and with two cabins, a large galley and a heads compartment with shower(!), she’ll appeal to the non-sailors in the family too!

In very good condition for her age and benefiting from a constant programme of improvements in recent years. Her recent out of water insurance survey found no areas of concern and all minor issues have been dealt with.

Her current owners comment: “The last owner was a boat builder of Stalham, who made various improvements prior to our purchase. We have continued to improve the boat such that she is now very practical and comfortable for spending nights aboard.”

This yacht is now for sale as the owners wish to spend more time sailing abroad. Currently lying afloat and ready to sail!

Mooring: It is understood her secure southern Broads mooring, paid until January 2025, is included subject to negotiation and agreement from the mooring owner.
