The toilet compartment is forward again (to port) and provides a Baby Blake sea toilet (fully reconditioned), and a hand basin with hot and cold water. Opposite is a wardrobe, locker and a bulkhead-mounted gas heater. The bow area provides 2 single berths. Headroom throughout the boat is 5′ 8″. Navigation equipment consists of a Seamaster echo sounder.
REMARKS: This is a boat designed and built by a well-respected Norfolk Broads yard, and designed with the needs of the Broads system in mind. Although she is 30′ overall, her fin keel is only 10′ which allows her to close with the bank and reduce need for tacking. She was antifouled in 1995, and is understood to be in an end of season condition and needing some work to her cabin roof. Though not personally inspected, this vessel looks to represent reasonable value for money combining good facilities and traditional style, and being designed specifically for the job.
