Accommodation
This vessel has a huge cockpit, with seating to either side (lockers under and aft). The vessel’s cooking arrangements are located here, with a Flavel Vanessa cooker (2 burners and grill) mounted in a cabinet to starboard, and an oven, also in a cabinet, to port. In the main cabin, there are large single berth/settees to either side. Going forward, there is a half-bulkhead to either side, both of which are equipped with cupboards and a shelf. Forward of this, to starboard is the heads compartment with a sea-toilet and hand basin (with manually pumped cold water) and a locker with wide shelf. Opposite is a small storage area. Going forward again, the forward cabin has two large single berths, plus a central chest of drawers. Interior woodwork is for the most part varnished, with a white deck head and hull sides. She has varnished floorboards. In the forepeak, there is a large, and extremely clean, storage area plus sealed and drained metal gas box. She is wired for a radio/cassette system, has a catalytic heater, and electric lighting throughout. The cabin roof raises to provide 6ft headroom, and the extending cabin sides are made of semi-translucent white material which gives the interior a very light and airy feel. She carries 2 flexible water tanks, linked so as to maintain proper fore and aft balance.

Remarks:
This boat was the subject of a complete refurbishment at her builder’s yard over a period of some two years, about 5 or 6 years ago, but is now in need of further renovation. Once done, she will once again be a really lovely vessel. All sensible offers will be considered.
