EQUIPMENT: Internal: The boat has a good sized cockpit with seating to either side. Companionway steps lead down into the galley area. This provides a cooker, sink (with manually pumped fresh and sea water), electric cool box, worktop and storage. Forward of this there is a dinette to starboard (converts to a double), opposite which is a single settee berth. Forward again, the heads is to port and in the bow there are two further single berths, plus storage and a glazed escape hatch. Her interior is finished in teak or mahogany with (currently) pink dralon upholstery – this may be replaced as part of a refurbishment (see below) or may indeed be new (situation to be confirmed). The vessel has electric heating, shorepower, a stereo/cassette system and carries 50 litres diesel and water respectively. Navigation equipment includes: Autopilot, compass, VHF, GPS, speed and distance log, wind speed and direction indicator, horn, barometer, clock, radar reflector and navigation lights. External: The boat is fitted with stainless steel pulpit, pushpit, stanchions and boarding ladder. She also has a sprayhood, cockpit tent, fitted sailcover and dodgers. Safety equipment includes: Manual and automatic bilge pumps, 2 lifejackets, life ring. Ground tackle includes: 2 anchors, warps fenders, etc. She also has a cradle.
REMARKS: At the time of writing, these details are as yet incomplete. However, it is understood that the vessel has been the subject of a refurbishment and that this is still being completed. This includes treatment of the vessel’s teak deck, renewal of her upholstery, etc. The owner states that the hull is osmosis free.
OUR OPINION: Though not personally inspected, this boat looks to be in excellent condition and is understood to be a two-owner vessel. For sale due to a change of plan, early viewing recommended.
