Remarks:

This is a very pretty little yacht, which would make an excellent first boat. She is easily sailed single-handed, and is reported to be a pleasure to sail. She was sold via Topsail to her current owner in 2005, after having been used for 5 years on the Norfolk Broads by her previous owner. Her previous owner wintered her ashore, and had her steam cleaned and anti-fouled annually. Her current owner has had her trailer wheel bearings replaced, and her outboard fully serviced. Her berth cushions would benefit from being re-covered, but otherwise, she is a delightful little boat and, once anti-fouled, is ready for use. She is for sale due to an unexpected house move.
