Remarks:
This example of this very popular model of motorsailer, which are renowned for being spacious and comfortable for their size, has cruised with her current owners from the UK to Turkey, where she is currently lying ashore ‘in bond’. The owner states that she is in good order and has no evidence of osmosis. She was professionally inspected in 1997 prior to leaving the UK, at which time all recommended work was carried out. Her owners have confirmed that she was in EU waters until 2001 – her VAT status is therefore ‘deemed VAT paid’.
