Remarks:

This half decker has been built and maintained to a very high standard, and is one of the best that Topsail has seen. Her owner and builder has incorporated many unusual and ingenious features into her design. For example, the mast counterbalance weight has been designed so that it can also be used as a mud weight. Her cockpit can comfortably accommodate 8/10 people and she can sleep two adults on two large upholstered berths, which are formed by folding down the seat fronts, under an awning which provides approximately 1.83m (6ft) headroom. She is sadly for sale due to lack of use (the owner has 5 other boats!).
