Remarks:

This Roberts Norwest 34 is structurally complete, but her interior fit out has not been finished. She was purchased by the current owner in 2001 and all interior work to date was completed between 2001 and (primarily) 2004, at which time she was launched.

Outstanding work includes:
– Head linings in the saloon, galley and navigation area are cut and temporarily fixed in, but need covering and trimming
– Port lights and hatches are fitted but need hard wood surrounds to be made and fitted
– Forward bulkhead is fitted but needs veneering and door trim
– Forward V berth has bunk, floor and panelling fitted but the panelling needs covering and trimming and lockers need constructing
– Heads floor frame is in but the remainder of the heads compartment requires completion
– Saloon seat frames are in but require panelling
– Navigation area construction is complete but requires veneering
– Quarter berth has frame and bunk top but requires panelling and headlining
– Engine bay has frame work and panelling but requires finishing
– Galley has not yet been started
– Shore power is in, with 6 halogen lights in the saloon galley and navigation area, and 12v power is in for VHF mast, lights, heater, engine and bilge pump, but sockets have not been fitted
– Pushpit and pulpit mounted navigation lights are not fitted.

This boat will make a superb cruiser for a couple or small family once complete, and provides a great opportunity for someone with the required DIY skills to complete a boat to their own requirements. VAT has been paid on all parts and extensive receipts are available. Currently lying ashore and stripped back to epoxy. Serious enquiries only please.
