Remarks:
This pretty half decker has a cuddy which offers the occupants (or at least their belongings!) some protection from the elements. With her GRP hull and new decks, she is an easily maintained vessel which could provide an ideal introduction to Broads sailing for all of the family. She is sadly for sale due to lack of use, and she would consequently benefit from some cosmetic TLC (e.g.: cleaning and revarnishing). Following a couple of weekends work, she will without doubt be a much improved boat.
Topsail Marine Yacht Brokers is acting as brokers (or in the case of classified adverts, advertising medium) only and unless stated otherwise the vendor is not selling in the course of business.
