Remarks:
This River Cruiser Class yacht has recently sustained severe accidental damage to her stem area. She is consequently being sold a a project, and her new owner will require significant wood working skills in order to be able make the required repairs themselves (a professional restoration will most likely prove economically nonviable). Whilst the purchaser will wish to check that stress damage has not occurred elsewhere, it is believed that the boat was in good structural repair prior to being damaged, and she certainly appears to have been maintained to a high standard by her current owner. This is undoubtedly a very worthy project for the right DIY-minded owner.
