Remarks:
The Snapdragon 747 is an upgraded version of the successful Snapdragon 24, with a slightly modified rig and a redesigned rudder and skeg. She is a capable small cruiser, and a very popular family cruising yacht with great accommodation for her size. With her shallow draft she is ideal for exploring the East Coast or, with her easily lowered mast, the Norfolk Broads. Having previously been owned by the same family for some 28 years (yes, 28!), this early 747 example is understood to be in in very good condition throughout. She is for sale due to an unexpected change of plans, and sensible offers will be considered for a quick sale. Currently lying afloat and ready to sail away!
Please note: All items marked recent have been replaced within the last couple of seasons as part of an extensive refit. The clock and barometer shown in the photos are not included in the sale.
