Remarks:

This extremely pretty half decker draws admiring comments whenever she is out on the water. The owner of some 10 years states that she motors, when required, rows nicely, and most importantly, sails really well! Sadly for sale due to the owner’s lack of time to sail her, this little half decker has been professionally maintained to a high standard, and it’s understood that her summer 2014 mooring fees, in a very desirable position on the northern Broads, have been paid for and that the mooring could be transferred to purchaser, subject to negotiation and agreement from mooring owner.
