Remarks:
Benefiting from a recent new outboard (cost £600) and awning by Jeckells (cost £1,000), this Reedling Class Broads sailing cruiser offers good accommodation for two. Whilst she would benefit from some cosmetic TLC (re-varnishing, etc.), she is understood to be in good order structurally. For sale due to the owner’s relocation, a quick sale is desired and all sensible offers will be considered!
MOORING: It’s understood that the current mooring (northern Broads, in a very desirable location) is paid to January 2018.
