Remarks:

This Prelude 19 has been in the same ownership since 1996 and is now sadly offered for sale due to lack of use. Built locally in Suffolk, and with her desirable combination of fractional rig and lifting keel, she is ideally suited to cruising the shallow waters of the Norfolk Broads. A great first boat for a single person, couple or small family! A quick sale is desired and sensible offers are therefore invited.

MOORING: It’s understood that this vessel’s very desirable northern Broads mooring (current cost approximately £1,127pa Jan-Dec including electric) could be transferred to the purchaser subject to negotiation and reimbursement of the annual mooring fee pro rata to the vendor.
