Accommodation

  • 5 berths in 2 cabins, plus galley and heads
  • The boat has a good sized cockpit with fitted dodgers and sprayhood, and seating and lockers to either side. In the cabin, there is a full-length quarter berth to starboard, forward of which is the galley area. This provides a cooker, sink unit (electrically pumped cold water), worktop and storage. Opposite this is a dinette (converts into a double berth). Going forward again, the heads area stretches across the boat and provides a sea toilet to port and a handbasin plus wet locker to starboard. In the bow there is a full length V-berth (converts to a double). Headroom, at 5ft 10in, is good and the boats upholstery (blue corded material) is in very good condition. She is fitted with a radio/cassette player and has shore power.

  • Inflatable dinghy (nearly new) with 2hp Honda outboard

Remarks:

This boat is virtually ready to launch and sail away. There are one or two areas where a little TLC would be beneficial, but she appears to be in generally good condition. A good spacious vessel, of a type in which there is usually quite a bit of interest, and a good family cruiser.
