Remarks:

This boat was completely rebuilt by the Norfolk Broads Yachting Co. in 1994. Following the pre-purchase survey commissioned by her current owner when he purchased her in 2002, the Norfolk Broads Yachting Co. completed further repairs, which included considerable re-planking work, replacement of the transom, repairs to the rubbing strakes and toe rails, repair of the gaff jaws, and re-caulking and repainting. She had a Boat Safety Scheme Certificate which expired in June 2005. She has unfortunately seen little use in the last couple of years, due to the ill health of her owner, and has been out of the water since the end of the 2004 season. As a consequence of this she does now require some further restoration. This yacht is seriously for sale and offers will be considered. Lying ashore.
