Remarks:
This Gipon Grundel is a very attractive and characterful yacht. She is very stable, and with her spacious 2 berth accommodation, she’s a very comfortable yacht to spend time on. She has been maintained to a very high standard by both her current and previous owners, and all of her equipment is very easy to use. Her 2009 survey report concluded that “Generally ‘Harmony of Deil’ is in excellent overall condition, structurally sound with few signs of real wear and tear.”, and of the superstructure, the survey stated that “The build quality, finish and paintwork is exceptional”. For sale due to the purchase of another vessel.
MOORING: It’s understood that this vessel’s very desirable northern Broads mooring could be transferred to the purchaser subject to agreement from the mooring owner.
